Job Description:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • ⁠Act as a liaison between the Director and clients, vendors, and team members.
  • ⁠Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • ⁠Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • ⁠Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making.
  • ⁠Oversee office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
  • ⁠Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.

Salary UPTO: 6 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate
