Job Description:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and clients, vendors, and team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making.
- Oversee office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
Salary UPTO: 6 LPA
