• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first

• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle incoming inquiries, including complaints, with professionalism and
• empathy.
• Provide accurate information to visitors, staff, and clients according
• company policies, procedures, and services.
• Manage appointments scheduling Meetings and maintain organized
• records.
• Monitor the front desk area, ensuring a clean, organized, and secure
• environment.
• Day to Day Email Activities Handling.
• Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
• Maintain a visitors’ Registers.
• Have an overview of the office expenses and costs.
• Help make travel arrangements or any other administrative help.
• Travelling tickets & Accommodations Management.
• Attendance Registers Record Maintain.
• Courier Management / Arrangement In-word & out-ward & also Maintain
• MIS.
• Stationary Inventory Management.
• Pantry Inventory Management.
Salary UPTO: 20K – 25K

Qualification: Any Graduate
Age Group: 20 to 35 yrs.
