My name is Sean Park, and this website was born from a passion to help young professionals and college students start and develop successful careers.  Here you will find career related topics ranging from interview tips, management philosophy, to work ethics that will help your journey of lifting your career to the next level.

I am currently working as a managing director of an international not-for-profit organization.  Prior to this role, I spent some time working as a strategy consultant of a leading risk management and human capital consulting firm.   I graduated from Northwestern University with a dual major in IEMS (Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences) and Economics, where I concentrated my time on business consulting projects, leadership development for student groups, and research projects focusing on leadership behaviors of top-tier executives (under the guidance of Professor William J. White, a former Fortune-500 company CEO).
